Quality Policy

Rubberlast Group Limited has a Quality Management System (QMS) which has been implemented to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. The company is committed to compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements applicable to the processing and supply of industrial rubber, sponge and hose products, continually improve the QMS and continually enhance customer satisfaction. The effectiveness of the QMS is assessed on a regular basis.

The company recognises that it cannot exist without its customers. Therefore, all the company’s efforts must be geared towards customer satisfaction. This encompasses the ability to meet the customer’s requirements for quality, reliability, competitive pricing and delivery. The Managing Director is responsible for ensuring that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels in the company.

To meet its goals, the company needs the full involvement and commitment of all its employees and reliable sources of supply. The company will review this policy at regular management review meetings where the objectives are set and progress monitored.

This policy statement is included in the Quality Manual, displayed at the company's premises and is available on the website www.rubberlast.com where it can be viewed by interested parties. Interested parties can also be provided with a copy on request.
